We introduce the details of Result Research, which will be added by today’s update. Each Research Results has special skills, and these can be adjusted during the preseason.

Research Result: Healing Cell



Special Result

  • Healing Cell Activation: Damage taken -2 All recovery effectiveness +15% when HP is below 30%

First Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Congenital Immunity Enhancement: Max HP +5 at the start of combat

  • Acquired Immunity Enhancement: Max HP +10 upon reaching Level 12

Second Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Autolysis of Fatigue Substance: Stamina recovery +1 when resting

  • Inflammatory Response Restrainment: HP recovery +1 when resting

Guide

Healing Cell can increase your chances to survive when you are in danger, as it has skills focused on stamina and resilience. Some characters may also have a higher synergy. Characters such as Cathy and Elven, can easily utilize the recovery efficiency benefits of Healing Cell Activation. And Congenital Immunity Enhancement/Acquired Immunity Enhancement’s Max HP option can be a good choice for Sissela and Xiukai, as their skills are related to their Max HP.

Research Result: Biomechanics

Special Result

  • Bioelectricity Adjustments: Recover 40 Stamina once after reaching Exhaustion (Stacks will be recovered at each new restriction round)

First Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Lung Capacity Increment: Max Stamina +15 at the start of combat

  • Lower-body Circulation Stimulation: Stamina required to move to another area will be -1 after reaching Level 5

Second Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Combat Breathing: Recover +1 Stamina when attacking an enemy

  • Balance Disruption: Decrease the enemy's Stamina by -2 when attacking them

Research Results in Biomechanics can help the player move constantly. Biomechanics can be a good choice if you have difficulties getting stamina items, or if there is a route that you’ve wanted to try but had to give up because you couldn't afford to supply stamina items. If you think there is no problem in stamina management by selecting the Special Result and First Normal Result, then you can choose Balance Disruption as your Second Normal Result, which can be a great obstruction to other players.

However, due to the nature of the Bioelectricity Adjustments, it may be less efficient for players who usually maintain enough stamina.

Research Result: Ultra-vibration

Special Result

  • Ultra-vibration Resonance: Armor penetration rate +7% when HP is above 70%

First Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Disruption of Micro-nervous System: Additional damage +1 when attacking a survivor after Level 10

  • High-frequency Vibration: Earn +50% Mastery when crafting a melee weapon

Second Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Molecular Structure Scan: Earn +50% Mastery when crafting a melee weapon

  • Quantum Fluctuation: Overload 1 load for Bullet/Arrow when loading\nAdd extra +1 quantity when crafting for Thrown weapon

Ultra-vibration is directly linked to combat skills. But if you look at these skills closely, you may find out these skills are helpful to the mid-to-late phase of the game. For example, Ultra-vibration Resonance is a skill creates a significant synergy from the moment the character’s mastery level reached S rank. This shows greater efficiency when the opponent’s Amor level is higher. You need patience to grow at the expense of players who choose different Research Results benefiting from the beginning of the game.

As this Research Result have armor penetration option, it can be a good choice for Rio. Yuki also can make good use of this skill, because Ultra-vibration Resonance has similar skill activation condition with Yuki's Perfect Fit skill. If you want to make ‘a big and beautiful one shot’, select Quantum Fluctuation and try Golden Rifle/EB-M17A1 Double Shot Aya or 1+1 Dart of Blood.

Research Result: Environmental Variable

Special Result

  • EV-Type 1 CU: Start with equipping 1 random common-grade Cloth armor item

First Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • EV-Type 2 HW: Receive 1 Boiling Water at the start of the game

  • EV-Type 3 MRE: Receive 1 Scorched Rice Soup at the start of the game

Second Normal Result (Choose 1)

  • Ultrasonic Detecting: Increase the chance to discover 2 items when searching near sources of water by +8% Lumia : Docks/Pond/Beach/Lighthouse Seoul : Bridge/Island/Lake

  • Ground-penetrating Pulse: Increase the chance to discover 2 items when searching in mountain terrains/rugged area by +8% Lumia : Forest/Trail/Tunnel/Cemetery Seoul : Military Base/Convention Center/Sports Complex

Guide

Environmental variable is specialized in early route design and item supply capabilities. However, since randomness is given instead of allowing the most important route of basic clothing defenses to be omitted, it is also a difficult Research Result that requires a flexible understanding of the upper defense route of Windbreaker/Cassock/Monk's Robe/Doctor's Gown/Full Body Swimsuit/Fabric Armor-depending on which item came out.

Of course, if you can take full advantage of this, you can be one step ahead of other players with fast item farming setting. Because demand for key materials and recovery items dropped in mountain and water is always high, the purpose of this Research Result is to collect them quickly and keep them in a superior situation and make your snowballs bigger to win.

As we mentioned before, we want to use this pre-season to see this new system’s usefulness and influence on the game. We will prepare more interesting new season through data during this pre-season.
